A small class of 6-8 Mummys and Babies. You focus on your exercises and I teach and keep little ones entertained. No problem if you need to break to feed, change or just have a little cuddle.
Babies lie on the matt next you or if you prefer you can leave in them in your pram or car seat. Bring a blanket and some small toys to help keep them happy.
Exercises are focused on restoring abdominal tone, strengthening the upper body and legs, which is essential to being a fit, happy and healthy Mummy. I promise you, you will leave feeling refreshed, invigorated and more toned.
