Meet Your Core - Beginners
This class is designed to take you through the basic Pilates moves to help improve posture by strengthening core muscles, stretching out tight ones & helping to reduce back pain. The focus in this class is control & technique. Suitable for anyone new to Pilates.
Core Mix - Improvers
This class will have a mixture of levels & exercises can be adapted to suit each individual. It does not matter if you want to work hard or take it slow there is something for everyone. I would recommend trying 4 - 6 Beginner Classes before attending this.
Core & More - Intermediate / Advance
Want to work a bit harder? This class will keep you moving for the whole hour, building a strong, healthy body & calm mind from the inside out. Only attend this class if you are ready to work hard and build up a sweat ! I would recommend attending Pilates for at least 12 months before joining this class.
